1. Documents to be submitted at the time of interview for admission:
a) Self-Certified photocopy of the original Marks Card, Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate (for students other than from Karnataka SSLC Board).
b) Candidates applying under any Reserved Category must enclose Caste Certificate as well as Income Certificate from the appropriate Authority.
2. Admission will be granted based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and performance in the personal interview conducted by the Admission Committee. Selected candidates must meet the Principal before remitting the prescribed fee.
3. Selected Candidates must pay the prescribed Course Fee and Hostel Charges within the notified date failing which the admission shall stand cancelled.
4. A minimum attendance of 75% in each subject is compulsory. Please note that students who do not have adequate attendance will not be permitted to appear for the final examination.
5. Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be handed over to the designated authorities.
6. Students should strictly adhere to the dress code specified by the college. If any dress is found objectionable, any member of the staff can take immediate action on the student.
7. Visitors are permitted only with prior appointment of the concerned authority and as per the schedule.
8. Students should strictly adhere to the College Regulations with regard to Hostels, Anti-Ragging, Drugs/Substance Abuse and Code of Conduct.
9. All proceedings shall be under the jurisdiction of Karnataka.

✓ I fully understand and agree that the fee should be paid in one installment, and once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal, cancellation, or non-completion of the course/programme.
✓ I understand that any act of misconduct, indiscipline, vandalism, or damage caused to the college property shall be seriously viewed and are punishable with penalty and the decision of the Principal shall be final in this matter.
✓ I have read the rules and regulations specified for admission to the institution and will strictly adhere to the same. I hereby undertake to abide by the decision taken by the College Authority in the matter of non-compliance of / non-adherence to any of the College Regulations specified under Para 9 above, irrespective of whether or not I have fully understood the same. I also understand and agree that the amount once paid towards admission is non-refundable.
